BEFORE YOU START

This Plan Earth tool helps you and your organization report to the VSME standard. It guides you through chapters on environmental, social, and business conduct. Along the way, you answer questions, enter data, and decide which chapters are relevant to your business.

You can upload documentation to gather your files in one place and make the report more credible. Smart 'i' icons provide extra help and explain what to insert into the different fields.

When you're done, you can download a professional report that shows your company's footprint and can be used with customers, investors and other stakeholders. We also give you great advice on how to build on your work and make sustainability a bigger part of your business.

Enjoy!

WHAT IS VSME?

This ESG report is prepared according to the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (VSME). The report follows the Basic Module and contains all the basic disclosures required by the EU.

According to the standard, VSME fulfills the following purposes: 1) helping SMEs meet data demands from large companies and investors, strengthening their position as subcontractors and 2) improving financing opportunities. The standard consolidates ESG questionnaires into one document, which standardizes the requirements. 3) VSME also contributes to sustainability work and 4) supports the company's growth and resilience in the short and long term.

Before you begin your work on the platform, you have the option to add a logo, which will be on your finished VSME report.
