WELCOME

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

This Plan Earth tool helps micro-, small and medium-scale undertakings report sustainability. It will guide you through chapters on environmental, social relations, and company work conduct/governance. Throughout the guide, you will answer questions, input data, and decide which chapters are relevant to your business.

You can upload documentation to gather your files in one place, ensuring the credibility of your report. You may skip to the next chapter if something isn’t relevant to you. Helpful ‘i'-icons provide extra help and further explain what input is expected in the different section boxes.

When you finish, you can download an aesthetic and professional report, showcasing your efforts, which can be used for clients, investors and other stakeholders. We will also advise you on how to further build onto your work and make sustainability a larger part of your business. Enjoy!

WHAT IS VSME?

This ESG report is constructed after the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed micro- small- and medium-scale undertakings - VSME. The report follows the Basic Module and contains all the foundational information points required by the EU.

The VSME reporting standard meets the following requirements: 1) to help SMVs by living up to data requests for larger businesses and investors, strengthening their position as subcontractors, and 2) improving opportunities for financing. This standard collects ESG questionnaires into one document, which streamlines the demands. 3) VSME further contributes to work in sustainability and 4) supports the company’s growth and resilience in the short and long term.

MAKE THE REPORT YOUR OWN

Before you begin your work on the platform, you have the option to add a logo, which will be on your finished VSME report.
